Southern Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls
My goodness we all love these sausage balls! These Southern sausage balls are great for breakfast, brunch, or even a snack! Dip them in Smucker’s Plum Jam and we are in Heaven!
When I take these for my THV11 The Vine Segments, I take at least 50. I have been known to make 100 of these and they disappear before the Segment is over.
These sausage balls are also an office favorite! What makes them so special? The Plum Jam that they are dipped in! Also, I do add a little milk for moisture, and Lowry’s garlic pepper to my mix. They really are delish!
If you are hosting a wedding or baby shower, these would be a perfect addition to the table! Kids love them as well. I generally use the mild sausage for those who don’t like a lot of heat. You could substitute the sausage for hot. However, go with the mild and plum jam. You won’t be disappointed!
